  • We are located on the 2nd Floor, 56 Southgate Street, Bath, BA11AW. Above Hairzone, through the entrance to the left of Cornish Bakehouse.

  • Yes. Registrations for our sessions close 1hr before the start time, to give our teachers enough time to prep The Space for class. We do not allow walk in’s – Please book in advance & online for all sessions.

  • No. Our late policy is simply, don’t be late. Our teachers have to lock the doors and will always start their classes promptly on time. This means even if you are 1-2 minutes late, you will not be able to enter The Space. Please ensure you leave enough time to arrive 5-10 minutes before your class, so you can get settled and acquainted with the teacher!

  • You can change or cancel your class bookings up to 12 hours before the start of the class without being subjected to penalty fees.

    Anything cancelled within the 12 hour window before your class is considered a Late Cancel and you will not be refunded or receive any returned credit. Anything cancelled before the 12 hour window is considered Regular Cancel and you will receive a full refund or account credit.

    Drop in students and class pack users who cancel within 12 hours of a class start time or don't attend a booked class will forfeit their class credit/monies. 

    All membership holders who don't cancel yet don't attend a booked class, will be charged a no show fee of £7.

  • You can sign up via our website! Our booking system is TeamUp – Please note you will be taken to the TeamUp registration or log in page & you will need to complete these steps to book any classes/workshops/events at The Space. We have a short T&C’s / Cancellation Policy for you to sign before you finish registration.

  • If you are driving to class, the closest car park is SouthGate Car Park. Alternatively you could park in Sainsburys Green Park (for free!) but you only have 90 minutes.

  • We provide mats, props (including blocks, straps, bolsters etc). We just recommend you bring a water bottle and a good attitude! For any movement sessions, we recommend comfortable clothes you enjoy moving in. For Restorative or Sound Baths, we advise layering up! Your temperature will naturally drop, as you relax & we recco wearing warmer layers for these classes.

  • We recommend our Beginners 6-week Yoga course which runs quarterly for anyone starting their Yoga journey. Otherwise any of our Gentle Yoga or Restorative Classes are great for Yoga first-timers. All of our Pilates classes are suitable for Beginners.
